This storage solution enables safe intermediate storage and flexible transportation of green hydrogen. The combination of plastic liner and carbon fiber sheathing achieves an optimum combination of weight, capacity and durability.
Our pressure vessels are available individually, in customized configurations and in Multi Element Gas Containers (MEGC) in 20, 30 and 40 foot variants.

Type IV – the most advanced generation of compressed gas storage
Compressed gas storage tanks for hydrogen are available in four designs (type I to IV). Type IV is the latest and most powerful variant: an inner container (liner) made of high-performance plastic is completely wrapped in carbon fiber.
The result is a tank that weighs up to 70% less than a comparable steel pressure tank at an operating pressure of 500 bar. Less weight means more payload, lower handling costs and a higher energy density per kilogram of the overall system. Service life: up to 30 years.
