Peter Rößner | CEO
Peter Rößner has been Chief Executive Officer of H2APEX since 2022 and has made it his mission to support the development of the hydrogen market, in which he has been involved since 2017 – initially as an advisor in the first financing round of H2APEX and from 2019 to 2022 as CFO.
He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and in finance and banking. He is a board member of the Hydrogen Energy Cluster Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, a member of the National Energy Committee of the German Economic Council and a member of the BVMW Economic Senate.
Bert Althaus | CFO
Bert Althaus ist Chief Financial Officer und Geschäftsführer bei H2APEX. Over the past 10 years, he has played a key role in the transformation of privately managed companies in the digital environment towards the capital market in various management roles and has now turned his attention to renewable energies by joining H2APEX. Thanks to his international experience and capital market expertise, Bert Althaus is the ideal addition to the management team.
